Explore the resources available to help you stay safe, informed, and supported while living and working in Queensland.

Workers Compensation Information and Advisory Service.

The Workers’ Compensation Information and Advisory Service provides free and independent advice to workers about the Queensland Workers’ Compensation system. 

This service is available to all Queensland workers to understand and navigate the workers’ compensation system.

Workers Psychological Support Service

This independent, confidential and free service helps Queenslanders experiencing a work-related psychological injury to connect with the right community services. 

It can also assist workers who may have developed a mental health issue arising from the impact of a physical workplace injury. 

It is a free service available to all Queensland workers.

DV Connect

DVConnect provides free, confidential support for people experiencing domestic, family or sexual violence in Queensland. Their trained counsellors are available 24 hours a day to offer crisis support, safety planning, emergency accommodation referrals, and connections to local services.

Full Stop Australia (DV Support Service)

Full Stop Australia provides free, confidential support for people affected by sexual, domestic and family violence. Their specialist counsellors offer trauma-informed support, information, and referrals to help people stay safe and access the services they need.
